AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

Please confirm all information added is correct and up to date when filling out your shipping address as we will not refund a purchase if has been sent to the incorrect address which you provided.

If you have received a shipping confirmation email but your order does not arrive please contact us with your Order ID and Tracking Number at rooletterecords@gmail.com. Please note, orders will be sent from Melbourne, VIC within 2 business days.

For general postage delivery please allow:

VictoriaMetro - up to 2 business daysCountry - up to 5 business days

Interstate: Metro - up to 3-6 business daysCountry - up to 5-10 business days

All Australian orders have tracking added.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

***We recommend selecting shipping with the TRACKING option that is related to your country. Roolette Records will not be held liable and will not issue Refunds, Exchanges or Store Credit on orders that do not arrive if no tracking option has been added once you have received a Shipping Confirmation email. We do our utmost to make sure your order will be received safely and on time, however we are not able to control what happens to your order once it has been sent out. If your order does not arrive please contact rooletterecords@gmail.com with your Tracking Number and Order ID.

Please allow up to 6-10+ business days for international delivery, however delivery times are not guaranteed.

Please note: The displayed prices do not include taxes or import duties. Local customs authorities may charge these dues on import of your shipment, the carrier will then invoice them to you. We are unable to deal with customs charges from our side.

Return Policy
Please take care when confirming your order as we generally will not issue a refund on items incorrectly ordered, i.e incorrect clothing size on merch orders. So if you are unsure on merch sizing please feel free to shoot us a message at rooletterecords@gmail.com.

Orders that have been received with minor cosmetic damage from postage or lost orders that do not have tracking added to the shipping will not be refunded, replaced or issued with store credit, please contact rooletterecords@gmail.com if you are having issues with your order. And for all specific shipping requirements, i.e removing vinyl from sleeve, please add it as a note to your order.
